1. The Service

YarTV.Online provides IPTV subscription services: access to live TV channels, movies and series delivered over the internet via M3U playlists and Xtream Codes logins. Plans are sold for fixed durations (1, 3, 6 or 12 months).

2. Your Account

• You must provide a valid email address to register. You are responsible for keeping your login and IPTV credentials private.
• One account per user. Sharing or reselling your IPTV line to others is not allowed and may lead to suspension.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent/guardian's permission, to purchase a subscription.

3. Free Trial

New users may claim one free 12-hour trial. Trials are limited to one per person — creating multiple accounts to get extra trials is not allowed.

4. Payments & Activation

• We accept cryptocurrency payments. Prices are shown in USD; the exact crypto amount is calculated at checkout.
• Your line is activated automatically after your payment is confirmed on the blockchain — usually within 5–15 minutes. Login details appear in your dashboard.
• A small coin-dependent processing fee may apply so your payment clears the coin network's minimum. The exact total is always shown before you pay.

5. Refunds

Because a free 12-hour trial is available to test everything before buying, all sales are final once the line is activated — except where a technical problem on our side cannot be resolved. If we cannot fix a genuine service issue, contact support within 48 hours of purchase and we will make it right.

6. Acceptable Use

• Do not share, resell or redistribute your IPTV credentials or streams.
• Do not abuse the service, attack our servers, or attempt to access other users' accounts.
• Use the service in line with the laws of your country.

Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.

7. Service Availability

We work to keep the service online 24/7 with high-quality streams, but occasional maintenance or third-party outages can happen. Channel lists and VOD content may change over time as providers update their feeds.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, YarTV.Online is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the current subscription period.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date will change and significant changes will be announced on the website. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
